My peeps at Peeps sent me a huge box of yummy Peeps goodies to facilitate this post!
Tomorrow is Easter which means it’s very possible that the Easter Bunny is going to be leaving a lot of Peeps in a lot of baskets! Now, you could just eat the Peeps plan, they’re delicious after all but if you’re feeling up to it you can switch it up a little bit. You can make them the topping of a cupcake, use them in place of traditional marshmallows in your next batch of S’Mores or maybe even in brownies.
Or you can do what I’m going to do, make a Peeps S’Mores Pudding Pie. I LOVE chocolate pudding pie and I love S’mores so a couple of years ago I was delighted to combine the two with a huge box of Peeps at my disposal and not a lot of time before Easter actually arrives I knew that I was ready to make a S’Mores Pudding Pie and instead of traditional marshmallows I’m using Peeps because well. Easter. duh.
This pie is really easy to make and it’s *almost* no bake. All you need is a package of Peeps (I’m using Peeps Bunnies), graham cracker crust, and instant pudding! That’s THREE ingredients! Not so hard right?! If you plan on making your own crust (I did) you’ll need some more ingredients for the crust, butter, cinnamon and sugar to be exact.
If you’re making the crust preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Then combine 1 1/2 cups finely ground graham cracker, 7 tablespoons of melted butter, 1/3 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon. Press into a pie pan and bake for 10 minutes.
While the crust is baking. Whisk together 2 packages of chocolate pudding 1 1/2 cup milk and 1 1/2 cup cool whip. When the pie is done baking, let cool and then spread the chocolate pudding into the pie crust.
Top with Peep Bunnies and Peep Chicks and color or decorating pattern will suffice!
Broil in the oven until the Peeps start to brown and bubble. How long your broil really depends on your personal preference. For example I like my S’Mores marshmallows on fire so I tend to leave them to broil for longer than others may. Once your marshmallows are done take your pie out of the oven and serve immediately.

It’s like the peeps are rolling around in the mud, and you can pluck them out one by one and eat them. I like that you used chocolate because chocolate and marshmallow go good together.
