This post is part of the HEALTHY ESSENTIALS® 2014 program by Johnson & Johnson Consumer Companies, Inc. and The Motherhood, who sent me a box of products and compensated me for my time. Opinions, experiences are all my own, and I hope you enjoy them.
Earth day is coming up in a little over a week, April 22nd to be exact! But don’t save recycling and upcycling to just Earth Day or Earth Month! You should be recycling, reducing, reusing AND upcycling all year long. B and I try our hardest to recycle everything we can and we also love to reuse items and upcycle them.
It’s amazing the things you can do and make with everyday household products! Here are some upcycling projects that you do too + some Johnson & Johnson coupons to help you get what you need to make your upcycling projects even more cost friendly!
I Spy Bottle. You could use any bottle for this including a Listerine Bottle. Get Coupon here.
I’m a huge fan of upcyling that gives the kids something to do, I’m loving this Lotion Sailboat! Get Coupon here.
Babyfood Jar Planter. This is one of the prettiest revamps of a baby food jar that I’ve ever seen!
This Faucet Extender is perfect when you have a little one in the house! Get Coupon here.
Cell Phone Holder When Charging. This project is super high up on my MUST MAKE list! Get Coupon here.
Listerine Strips SD Card Holder. I love this idea especially since many don’t come with their own holder!
Diaper Box Upcycle. Turn old diaper boxes into fun car toys!
Diaper box to storage bin. This is another project on my must list!

Which of these upcycling projects are on your must make list?

I have cut up wooden pallets and made them into end tables. You want to use pallets that are still in good condition, and after a coat of paint they look pretty nice.
I love this idea! I really want to make a toddler bed out of pallets! My SO hasn’t jumped on board yet though so I may have to just make it myself!
