Today’s edition of Tasty Tuesday features a delicious S’Mores Pudding Pie that while certainly not good for the waist line is amazing for the budget. This dessert cost me only $4 making it the yummiest $4 dessert I’ve ever had. This $4 cost and subsequent recipe resulted from silly little me not picking everything up that I needed but it still came out fantastic so with out further explanation:
First Up, Combine 3/4 Cup Milk, 6oz of Cool Whip and an Instant pudding package in a bowl.
This is what it will end up looking like. Word to the wise. If you start eating this filling it will be very VERY hard to stop.
Pour the filling into a pre-made pie crust or make your own {next time I’ll make my own. Adds flavor!}. The pre-made however is part of what makes this super cheap and quick to make!
Then place as many large marshmallows as you can possibly squeeze on top!
Then turn your oven on to broil, leave the door open and let the marshmallows toast until the marshmallows have your desired color.
The inside will look like this:
*Note that I added some chocolate chips to the mixture to get an extra bit of chocolate in there. Turned out yum! They were a nice surprise in special bites!*
omg. I want a piece now. Someone stop me. Anyone? Please?
