To celebrate fall being right around the corner I made this delicious dip for Collective Bias® Social Fabric® Community.
It has been unseasonably cool lately so much so that today when I first stepped outside fall and September popped into my mind. Inevitably I began thinking about how my favorite apple variety, Honeycrisp, will be available soon fresh and local at the farmers market. Just this passed week the first apples of the season were out, Ginger Gold. Feeling nostalgic for fall and being in need of apples for the house I purchased some, they were tart yet sweet at the same time. It has the potential to become a new favorite.
While this apple can holds its own in the flavor department I couldn’t help but wonder what it would taste like dipped in a homemade cream cheese apple dip. It’s been quite some time since I’ve made anything that remotely reminded me of fall but to be honest I needed a little something to remind me off fall especially with all the Back to School talk. Who goes back to school in the middle of summer?! Not this New Yorker, that’s for sure!
This 5 minute dip made with Philadelphia cream cheese is the perfect thing to give you a taste of fall while still enjoying the perks of Summer!
