Anyone here love to shop the end-caps at Target? That’s pretty much my thing. I love shopping the end-caps because you’ll either find the newest products they have in store or you’ll find the best clearance deals. I ran there the other day to grab some essentials (bread, cereal, cream cheese, milk, eggs) so I was up and down the food aisles when I noticed it.
Seasonal Archer Farms treats! It’s officially fall y’all. Pumpkin spice EVERYTHING.
These two caught my eye right away since they were right on top. Pumpkin spice monster trail mix and pumpkin spice pretzels.
In the cart they go. But what really caught my eye? Pumpkin corn tortilla chips & cinnamon & sugar sweet potato corn tortilla chips. Oh, the possibilities.
Then I glanced down into my cart and saw the cream cheese and I knew-I just knew that a cinnamon sugar dip paired with the pumpkin tortilla chips was in my future.
Best part? It took about five minutes to whip together!
In a stand mixer (or by hand) mix together 8 oz softened cream cheese, 3 tablespoons vanilla almond milk, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon, ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg and a pinch of clove.
Whisk until smooth and then serve with pumpkin tortilla chips or apple slices or both! Did that even take five minutes? I like to top it with a little extra cinnamon too. You can never have enough cinnamon!
I wasn’t the only one snacking on these. They made a fun and different after-school snack formy little guy. He’s always hungry when he gets home, so a snack is a must. He loved that it was a little different than his typical snack of just an apple. Sweet chips, apples, AND a dip. He was sold.
If by some *weird* chance you have leftovers, this dip also tastes delicious spread on toasted bread. It’s a little addicting. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!
On your next Target run, make sure you grab some of these goodies and let me know what you think!

What can I use instead of Almond Milk for this recipe? I’m allergic to tree nuts but would really love to make this!
Regular milk would work fine as would any other milk alternative!
Sounds good. I love cinnamon
