This pregnancy is flying by. This whole time I keep saying I have so much time but the fact of the matter is I don’t have that much time at all! Let’s say I go to 40 weeks that means I have 15 weeks left. LESS than 15 weeks. It seems almost impossible that I’m already at this point. It’s getting realer and realer by the moment!
During month six, the average fetus measures about 13.6 inches to 14.8 inches and weighs about 1.5 to 2.5 pounds. She’s enjoying her new sense of equilibrium — she now knows which way is up and which is down. She’s growing more fat and more hair too!
How Far Along: 25 Weeks
Due Date: January 15th 2015
Boy or girl: Team Green!!
Currently craving: Still not much of anything. I can eat Bacon like no other though.
Currently Avoiding: Meat other than bacon and breakfast sausage still isn’t doing it for me. Although I did have a hot open chicken sandwich with gravy on top and that was amazing. I’m excited for Thanksgiving!
Weight: I’ve still hoovering around 6-7lbs gained. I’m hoping to keep it here, maybe even lose some!? Dont’ fret. I’m overweight to begin with and would be fine to lose a couple of pounds!
Belly button status: This thing is never coming out.
Sleep grade: I’m sleeping okay. The days I stay up later than usual I really pay for it the next day and almost always have to take a nap which isn’t easy when you have a two year old!
Recent Crazy Dream: Nothing I can think of right now!
Evidence of pregnancy brain: ^^Same as above.
Symptoms?: Tired, full and uncomfortable.
Health/Appointments: No appointments other than my weekly shot. They seem to be getting better. Way less pain and itching than usual.
Movement: Baby is most active at night or if I have something with sugar in it. I don’t feel like this baby is as active as some of my other babies. Kicks/Punches are still super low and she tends to hang out on the right side of my body!
Names: Still in the same position for the most part. Except one of my top girl names have been officially taken off the table by B which is fine since I wasn’t totally in love with it anyway.
Any baby related purchases? Nada.
Best thing to happen in the past week/ Worst: Best thing was having a three day weekend with rain that kept us all inside. We had such a nice little weekend! Don’t have any “worst”. I feel like I need to take that out, I never have anything that I would define as “worst”.
