We have this amazing discount grocery store near our house. It’s not your typical grocery store, most likely you won’t be able to grab everything on your list but you can grab a majority. It has started to become my first stop when we need a major grocery haul. My favorite thing about it is it’s constantly introducing me to brands and items I’ve never tried or brands I’ve always wanted to try but never did because of the price or not being able to find them locally.
One of those brand/items was Immaculate Baking Company Pretzel dough! I gravitated towards them because they’re free of artificial preservatives and they’re non-GMO verified.
I picked some up and immediately knew that I wasn’t going to make full blown pretzels, I was going to make pretzel bites. The question was the flavor! It wasn’t long before I decided I was making garlic Parmesan pretzel bites.
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spread our your pretzel dough and cut it into little bite sized pieces. You don’t have to be perfect here. Some of my pieces were bigger than others!

In a medium sized bowl melt 1/4 cup butter. Add 1 tablespoon minced garlic and 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese. Whisk Together.
Add the pretzel dough bites to the butter mixture, making sure to coat them well. This will be sticky!
Use cooking spray to coat a cookie sheet. Spread the pretzel dough bites out evenly. Sprinkle with parsley.

Bake for 10-14 minutes or until golden brown.
Then enjoy! These make a great appetizer or snack. I have another tube and I can’t wait to do something different with them the next time around.
