My family is HUGE so by the time I got to NY almost all of the Thanksgiving left overs were gone! Can you believe it? It almost makes me wish that I had brought some left overs up from VA!
With a lack of Thanksgiving left overs last night I was craving something comforting and filling that was easy to make, I was browsing recipes on the Onion Crunch website when I came across one for Onion Crunch Potatoes. I knew immediately that it was what I wanted to make, it was easy to do, filling and seemed really yummy.
First you take four russet potatoes and clean them!
Then you slice them into coins and season with salt to taste, a thin layer of Lemon Pepper, a think layer of garlic and Onion Crunchers!
Pop them into the oven at 325 degrees and in 30 minutes you have an easy delicious snack or side!
The Onion Crunchers added a great crunchy taste and the potatoes were cooked perfectly! What’s great about this is that you can switch it up however you like, you can just use salt, pepper and onion crunchers or you can just use garlic and the onion crunchers! It all depends on what you like!
There are a ton of different ways you can use Onion Crunchers like on your burger, hot dog or salad! Today I made a ham and cheese sandwich and put some Onion Crunchers on it and it was SO good! I’m sure you can come up with another great way to use Onion Crunchers (I already have another idea brewing)!
Ingredients
Directions
- Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray or use a teaspoon of butter to grease the pan!
- Wash your potatoes and cut into coins, layer on the cookie sheet as seen above.
- Sprinkle with Salt to taste, 1 tsp of Lemon Pepper, 1 tsp of Garlic Powder and a generous amount of Onion Crunchers.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees
- Enjoy as a snack or on the side of great meal!

Christa these look freaking awesome. I am honestly going to make these as a side dish with rib eye this week. Thanks so much for sharing.
I’m not a huge potato fan, but those look and sound AH-MAZING
yumm those look so good. I saved a similar recipe awhile ago with plans to make them, but they didn’t have onion crunches on them! I must add those!
The onion crunchers added to the flavor, if they have them near you I would absolutely get them!
