13 Holiday Cookies and Bars

I love baking which is one of the reasons why I love this time of the year. It’s all about baking. Pies, Bars, Cookies, Brownies, cakes and different variations of each. It seems as if the list can go on and on of things you can bake. Every year I try to make something a little different, this year it’s my Peppermint Cheesecake Cookies. After browsing Foodie I have a couple more I might make! I found a ton of great Holiday Cookies and Bars that will make every get together this holiday season sweeter and festive.

With so many yummy holiday cookies and bars it was hard to narrow down what made it into my collection and what my absolute must make was. I think I finally decided on these Chocolate Mint Cookie Bars. I’m a HUGE fan of Mint which you can probably tell from my foodie collection!
