This was week AMAZING! We actually had some warm weather and it didn’t snow! It was a great week to be living in Virgnia!
Monday I picked Mason up from school and found this picture in his cubby.
I said it was a Leprechaun. He says it’s a demon.
Apparently those few times he saw me watching Supernatual really stuck with him.
After preschool pick up we went straight to the park to meet some friends! It was a beautiful day and the kids had an absolute blast.
Kyla is getting so darn big. She’s going down “gigantic” slides all by herself!
Speaking of Kyla sometimes I just watch her sleep because I can’t believe how big she is and it kinda makes me sad!
This week marked the week we officially decided to punch a hole in our crunchy card and get a compost barrel!! We got a pretty good deal and it also came with a compost bin for the kitchen!
It came already put together and in a big box. As soon as Mason saw it he asked me to bring it inside and I did. The kids spent a good portion of Thursday coloring on it, in it and using it as their own personal house/fort.
Did I mention Kyla’s got personality?! She insisted on taking “her” aka my sunglasses into the bath and wearing them aka putting them on and having them fall off her face the entire time hence the reappearance of her famous “O” face!
Friday was a weird sleep night for us! Kyla didn’t go to bed until after midnight. I was a happy mama when she finally did. I still wear her to sleep and while I suppose that should stop soon (it did with Mason) I’m not sure I’m ready!
I think Sunday was my favorite day. I made Stuffed Breakfast Biscuits (recipe coming soon) and they were a HUGE hit with the kids. We just vegged out for most of the day which I think it’s totally okay!
Mason did get bored at one point so we went roller bladeing, he’s getting very good at it!
How big is he?! All in all it was a great week and I can’t wait to see what this next week holds! We’re off to Barnes and Noble here in a bit and hoping it warms up for the rest of the week!

Awesome recap! Love the cute pictures! My kids love using cardboard boxes to get creative, they love making a little house out of them. They really go all out, reminds me when I was a kid.
