I miss being pregnant. There I said it.
I LOVE being pregnant, I feel like for the most part my body was made for pregnancy, I typically feel amazing up until going into labor. I know that other people aren’t that lucky. And even if I had great pregnancies it can still take its toll on your body. There are things you need to help yourself get through the ins and outs of the 9 1/2 months you’re carrying your little one around!
In addition to my personal “Must Haves” I asked my March Moms what their must haves were and I got a lot of the same answers! Here were some of the big things product wise and then I’ll go through some of their non product must haves too!
1. Earth Mama Angel Baby Teas: EMAB has a bunch of great teas that are perfect for pregnant moms. They have a tea for Morning Sickness, Heartburn, 3rd Trimester and tea to promote restful sleeping!
2. Exercise Ball: An exercise ball is great to sit on when you’re feeling uncomfortable and it’s even helpful during labor!
3.Good Underwear: I never had maternity underwear but what I did have was a pair of Dear Kate‘s! I wish I had splurged and both a full set! Why? Because they have a built in panty liner and if you’ve ever been pregnant you know how useful that can be!
4. Coconut Oil: This may seem a little out of the box but it’s an AMAZING moisturizer and perfect for rubbing all over your belly to help prevent and easy and stretchmarks. I love Tropical Traditions Coconut Oil.
5. Maternity Leggings: While we’re on the topic of comfort a good pair of maternity leggings are HUGE. You always want to be comfy. They have so many uses. You won’t regret buying but you may regret not buying a bunch!
6. Pregnancy Pillow: There are an enormous amount of pregnancy pillows out there and I’ve tried quite a few. I must say that although regular pillows will work I’ve found that a pregnancy pillow is really useful do to the general shape. The Dream Genii by Mother’s Choice is a great option especially since you can continue to use it while breastfeeding!
7. Maternity Jeans: A good pair of maternity jeans can go a LONG way! Many times when it comes to maternity jeans you get what you pay for. It might seem crazy to spend $100 on a pair of jeans you only wear for 9 1/2 months but when you’re pregnant comfort is key!
