Verdict is in on Cascade Platinum #MyPlatinum

Last week I told you about how I’m a Cascade My Platinum Ambassador and about there Instagram contest! The first week’s theme is

Week 1: My Platinum Plate (Entry Period: 6/3-6/9)

I know I know, that last picture looks GROSS. I need to listen more to Top Chef judge and editor of Food + Wine Magazine, Gail Simmons who has to discuss why food presentation is just as important as preparation!

So now I’m sure you’re wondering WHAT IS THAT!? It’s chili with hot sauce and I seriously love it over some pasta. I don’t have it very often but it’s a comfort food of mine! It’s pretty simple to make cook some pasta, shred some cheese, whip up a batch of chili (canned is fine) and combine! Can’t get much easier than that!

My comfort food  gave me the opportunity to really put my new  Cascade Platinum to the test. I let my dirty dish sit in the sink and dry up before placing it in my dishwasher:

I did not pre-wash it AT ALL! I ran the dishwasher and was very impressed with the results

Not a speck of food on the plate!

So far we’re loving how Cascade Platinum is working on our dishwasher and dishes.
