We don’t have ridiculously hard water or anything yet we constantly end up with spots on our glasses. This is a huge “no, no” when entertaining and especially for my food photography for my blog. It’s such a major pain in the butt!
Since using Cascade Platinum we’ve noticed a huge difference in our dishes, especially our glasses and even our dishwasher.
Even B, who notices NOTHING noticed that our glasses weren’t looking spotty! I always talk to B about the products I review. I like getting an idea of what he thinks of it especially because he’s a male and has nothing invested in the review. Not only did he notice that the glasses and dishes were looking better then ever but he also decided that we would be better off getting this dash washer detergent from now on.

Week 4: My Platinum Table (Entry Period: 6/24-6/30)
Week 3 is “My Platinum Clink” and my entry was my Mason Jar filled with Iced Coffee and a splash of whipped vodka for a yummy adult beverage.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put 2/3 cup of Peet's Iced Coffee Blend coffee grounds into your coffee maker.
- Add 2 1/2 Cups of cold filtered water and brew.
- Once done brewing immediately pull off the burner and transfer it to a glass container (plastic is fine too, we just use glass here).
- Add 2 1/2 cups of cold filtered water to the coffee.
- Fill your glass with ice. Pour coffee and creamer (optional) to taste over the ice.
- Add 2oz Whipped Vokda to spice things up!
- Enjoy!
Notes
You can use any Iced Coffee brew but I do suggest using coffee that is specifically meant for Iced Coffee. We used to use regular coffee grounds and it didn't come out as good as using brands that either 1) Had a specific Iced Coffee Blend or 2) Has a recipe available to show you how to make a better iced coffee using a regular blend. For example Dunkin Donuts has a recipe like this:
3/4 Cup Dunkin Donuts Coffee Grounds 3 Cups Filtered Water for brewing 3 Cups Filtered Water for added to the concentrated brew.
