I’m 36 weeks pregnant which means in a relivetly short amount of time we’ll be welcoming another baby into our lives. I’m so excited for so many reasons. I love, love, love being pregnant but I can’t say that this has been my easiest pregnancy so far. I’ve been far more tired and uncomfortable than usual. This will be my 3rd full term delivery and everyone calls the third delivery the “wild card”. Will my labor be over 24 hours like it has been with my last three? Will it be super short?!
Then there’s recovery and breastfeeding. I have been blessed to very easily be able to breastfeed Mason and Kyla. It’s really been an absolute dream. Being actively involved in breastfeeding support groups I realize that it’s not as easy for others. I’ve always learned that every breastfeeding experience is different. I’m hoping that this experience will be similar to my first two experiences but I also know that it won’t be for one simple reason. I’ll be tandem nursing this time around.
I never planned to tandem nurse but unless Kyla decides she wants to wean within the next month or so which is doubtful, that’s exactly what I’ll be doing. Since I never planned to tandem nurse I have so many questions and concerns. How will I balance the both of them? Will I get touched out? Will the baby getting priority hurt my bond with Kyla? Will Mason feel super left out? Will I be at a higher risk for things like milk duct clogging or mastitis? Will I have enough milk for both kids or will I suffer from low milk supply?
Even though I only have a month (give or take a week or two) to prepare myself, I want to be prepared. I was really happy to hear about Fluiditea while on that journey to prepare myself. They make two different teas specifically to support breastfeeding mothers. Fluiditea Flourish and Grow and Fluiditea Clear and Flow.
What I love most about Fluiditea is that their teas not only help to solve milk duct clogging and low milk supply issues but also provide medicinal herbal remedies to help realign the body functions for women after pregnancy and child birth. Fluiditea is 100% natural and plant-based and has been tested to be 99.8% effective. I also love the history behind Fluiditea. It’s an ancient remedy originally developed for the royal breastfeeding mothers in the Qing Dynasty in China. We’re lucky enough to be able to experience it’s benefits due to Dr. Hao Liu who is an 8th generation descendant of the Royal Physician family to the Qing Dynasty.
Fluiditea Clear & Flow prevents and resolves milk duct clogging and optimizes breast milk flow to help ease sore and tender breasts while also contributing to a healthy fluid intake which is SO important while breastfeeding.
Fluiditea “Clear and Flow”, in the form of powdered tea, is easy to use and can clear clogging as fast as the use of 1 or 2 tea bags. Depending on the individual situation, one should continue to drink the tea until the clogging is completely gone. One should start drinking the tea as soon as she senses the milk flow is slow or feels hard spot(s) in breast that isn’t relieved by nursing or pumping. The later she waits, the more severe the clogging becomes, and the longer it may take for Fluiditea to work.
Main ingredients:
- Rosebuds/Rosacentifolia

- Tetrapanax Papyriferus
- American Ginseng
- Panax Quinquefolius

Flourish and Glow is used to maximize milk supply, enrich milk quality, strengthen baby’s growth and contribute to a healthy fluid intake. This is the one that I’m most excited to use especially since I’ll be tandem nursing. While I know my body knows what it’s doing and will do what it needs to do to help both my babies I want all the help I can get especially to keep me feeling my best so that I can take care of all three of my littles.
Fluiditea “Flourish and Grow”, in the form of powdered tea, is easy to use and with 2 boxes (1-week supply per box) can boost milk supply and enrich milk quality. One should start drinking the tea as soon as she delivers the baby. The results are consistent and effective. The best part of Fluiditea “Flourish and Grow” is that it has no known side effects
Main ingredients:

Since I’m currently breastfeeding Kyla I decided to give the Flourish & Grow a little early. I was surprised to see that it’s not bagged tea nor loose leaf tea and instead it’s a powder. It mixed wonderfully into hot water and makes it so much easier for me especially since I’m not typically a tea person. Since I’m not typically a tea person I’m very picky about my tea. I tried this one without any sweeter at first and really enjoyed it. I’m excited to start drinking it daily once this baby makes its arrival!
