Last year for Mother’s Day B got me a blender, I was beyond thrilled. Our last blender had burned out and it was a sad day. Since then I’ve experimented with a couple of different smoothies and protein shakes. This year I plan on uping my smoothie game so that I can increase my fruit intake which I admit is awful. I’m just not a fruit eater BUT with the help of smoothies I know that I can start having a lot more which is a good thing because fruit is SO good for you! They’re naturally sweet and filled with vitamins, antioxidants and immune boosting properties. I’ve been collecting smoothie recipes for what seems like a year and these are some of my favorites that I’m most excited to try.
