Pamper Yourself with DermaWand #MyDermaWand

In about a month’s time I’m going to be turning 28. While I know that’s still on the young side I still get nervous about getting older especially since I feel like birthing three kids and raising them has taken a toll on me a bit over the years. There are a ton of things I would love to try and do beauty treatment wise but I just don’t have the time nor do I have the extra money it would take. Being a busy mom, blogger and Doula will do that to a gal. Easy and quick is the way I like to go especially with two kids under feet so often.

 I’ll be honest, I was nervous to try this out. Was it going to be easy? How much time was it *really* going to take? Would it hurt? After reading the directions I realized it was going to be super easy and it didn’t take that long at all. Just 3-5 minutes 2x a day. That’s only 10 minutes a day where you’ll be doing something completely for you AND you can do it with the kids running around but I recommend taking some time to your self and doing it on your own, get a little me time and pamper yourself! Usually I do it when I wake up in the morning after I brush my teeth/wash my face and again before bedtime. It gives me a couple of moments at the beginning and end of my day to just focus on me.

Focusing on me isn’t something I do often but when I do it it makes a huge difference on my day. Just this past week for the first time in a long time I left the kids with B while I showered ALONE and got dressed ALONE! I took some time to use my DermaWand and then I headed out and got an eyebrow wax. I felt refreshed before the eyebrow wax but after I felt even better. When I looked in the mirror I felt better about myself. it was a nice way to feel! That’s how taking times to ourselves to do something good for ourselves makes us feel, refreshed!
