Last week was one of the busiest weeks of my life! I spent Monday preparing for Tuesday when I flew out to Chicago and came home the very next day. I was suppose to get home at 5:15 EST and my flight didn’t even LEAVE until 6pm Chicago time which means it was 7pm at home needless to say by the time we landed and I drove the hour I needed to get home it was 10pm. Then I stayed up late and got ready for the Dunkin Donuts play date I was hosting the next day.
It was so fun hanging out and relaxing with friends!
On Friday I watched a friend’s little boy and the kids played in the pool while I worked.
Saturday we went to the river. It was a beautiful day. Sunday we cooked out for Labor Day. Sunday was interesting because while the kids always interact we each other we got to really see them play. Tag to be exact. Kyla was running around and Mason as chasing after her and vice versa. It made me feel so full with love seeing them interact and play.
They were so busy playing the last thing they wanted to do was sit and take a picture. This was the absolute best one.
And that was our week in a nutshell. Preparing/Cleaning, Travel, Play group and lots of family bonding.
