I feel like it was just a couple of days ago that I was telling Mason that we still had months before it was Halloween and now it’s just one short week!
For the last couple of years we’ve been joining our friends for a light dinner and Trick or Treating with all of our kids! It’s something that we look forward to every single year. This year I plan on bringing a treat for the kids to have before the Trick or Treating goes on. I’m hoping that it will discourage them trying to eat their candy en route like every other year. I want it to be something easy and festive. I searched around and have found some fun ideas that I collected on Foodie.com where it’s all Food all the time!

I’m also leaning towards doing something a little healthier like these Banana Ghosts and Clementine Bananas from One Little Project.

I can’t lie though I still love the sinful Halloween treats that are loaded with sugar! I can’t help myself! One day I’ll do all the healthy stuff but before then I’m all about that sugar.
