Temp2O Review & Giveaway #HappiMess

This morning after Mason got out of school I let him stomp around in the puddles. He had rain boots on but he might as well have had on regular old sneakers because his feet, soaks, pants and even shirt were soaked. Many of the other parents were warning their kids away from the puddle ( I don’t blame them, I usually do that too). But today another Mother and I let our two little boys jump in the puddles. They would run and jump in the water getting so high it hit them in the face.

The look of happiness on their face was worth the mess. The definition of HappiMess.

It reminded me of another time not too long ago where I allowed Mason to make a mud pit. He had a blast covering his legs with mud.

He didn’t stop with his legs, he also made sure to get his face and of course his hands.

I sat there watching them as they dug in, seeing how much fun they were having and couldn’t help but think THIS is what life’s about. This is a HappiMess. It’s about getting dirty (literally and figuratively), it’s about enjoying life, and not making a big deal out of messes. Because in most cases they can easily be cleaned up.

I get pretty intimated by anything that needs to be installed. Is it going to be easy or am I going to have to call in reinforcements? I’m happy to report that when it comes to this particular hand held shower head it’s EASY. It took about 5 steps including unscrewing my old shower head.

This shower head has 6 spray settings which is super important to me because of the kids. B and I prefer a harder flow where as with the kids we want something gentler. This shower head has an option for all of us. Another thing I love about this shower head is that you just click a button in order to change the spray settings!

My last shower head you couldn’t do that with and I didn’t think it was that big of a deal until I actually had a button. And now I’m all about the button.

But the REALLY cool thing about this shower is the Temp2O technology. It tells you the temperature which is particularly important when you have kids. It also uses color to let you know if the water is okay which is great when you have children because they can SEE if the water is too hot (red), too cold (blue) or just right (purple).

Mason loves seeing the different colors and I love knowing that I’m not about to accidentally burn my children which is fairly easy to do when you like your shower water unnaturally hot ;).
