I’m going to make this one short and sweet as I have tons and tons to do in order to prepare for Mason’s Birthday and be able to relax on my birthday although I don’t think that’s going to happen!
I’m down another 1lb this week.
Last Week: 136.4
This Week: 135.4
I’m just super frustrated with myself because I didn’t do anything this week. Sure I still managed to lose something but what if I had drank the correct amount of water every day instead of just some of the days? Or exercised every day instead of just here and there? Or eaten better? That’s a huge one!
So This Weeks Goals:
1. Exercise 4-5 Days {Pilates or Cardio}
2. Drink 88oz of water/day
