Feel Good Essentials Eye Pillow Review

Remember how I told you all that my wrists have been killing me which is part of the reason why I wanted to review the Utterly Yours Pillow from Strawberry Kids? I found the perfect thing to help me ease my pain!

Feel Good Essentials offers therapy packs that can be heated or cooled depending on the type of relief that you need. I choose to review the Eye Pillow because I thought it would be the perfect size for a multitude of things. You get to pick from a bunch of different fabric patterns. You also get to pick the herbs, I choose a mixture of Spearmint and Peppermints, but Feel Good Essentials also has chamomile, catnip, lavender (not for the eye pillows), rose petals or even unscented. You can completely customize your therapy pillows, packs and wraps.

I like to cool my eye pack and put it on at night before I go to bed or first thing in the morning.

It helps me to relax after a long day!

I also love to cool it and use it on my boobie bottles when they are feeling sore, which they SOMETIMES do from breastfeeding/being engorged because I was at work for a long time. Because of the breastfeeding I haven’t had any womanly problems but I can def foresee myself warming it up and placing it on my lower back. I’m looking forward to getting a bigger one for one that happens, like this one:

Most of the therapy items come with removable covers (i.e. eye pillow, neck wrap) so you can easily wash them if needed! I love that because let’s face it accidents happen! 

**Some important things to keep in mind: These packs can be used for HOT or COLD. However make sure to NEVER use heat on your eyes. Heat works best for elbows, back of the neck, knees, etc. And for all you Mamas, you shouldn’t use these for your babies just for you.
