Preheat your oven to 325F
In a large bowl, combine oats, sliced almonds, chopped pecans, cocoa powder, ground flaxseed and himalayan salt.
Pour maple syrup, melted coconut oil and vanilla extract over your oat mixture and stir until dry ingredients are wet.
Spread on large baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until granola is fragrant and doesn't look very wet. Be sure to stir halfway through.
Once finished remove from oven, let cool slightly, then stir in chocolate chips and mix. The chips will melt but once it completely cools it will harden back up and create little granola chunks.
