Disclosure: I wrote this post for Cat’s Pride through the OnetoOne Network. All opinions are 100% my own.
All my life, I’ve always wanted a cat. I would beg and beg my parents but they always said no because my mother was allergic. When I was in college the idea of getting a kitten got into my head when a co-worker mentioned that one of her cats had kittens. When we went to check them out she couldn’t find any of them. Somehow we ended up at another farm near by and one of their barn cats at just had kittens. He searched for a bit and found one of them. A little grey kitten. I had planned on just looking at the cats. But when I laid eyes on this kitten I couldn’t say no, I had to have her. I mean look at her. How could I not want her!?
That was Hazel when I had just gotten her. Things have since changed a bit, my apartment complex didn’t allow cats, and they found out. So I had to let her live with my parents for a bit. It turns out that all my mom needed was a cat to be around before her “allergies” became much better. They fell in love with her, 5 years later, she’s still theirs. Although officially I like to say she’s mine!
And she’s still as sweet as ever. She’s so good with my children and I love her to pieces. Which is one of the many reasons I want the best for her, like Cat’s Pride Fresh & Light® Ultimate Care™. We were so excited to try out this cat litter and so was Hazel! Just like any cat, she’s knows what she wants and she’s not afraid to cuddle up to it!
The litter is lighter which means since you’re buying by the pound that you get more bang for your buck. But it’s not just light it also preforms better which means you’re getting more for your money. Not only is it good for her but it’s also good for everyone in the house. No one wants to smell the litter box and with Cat’s Pride you don’t. Cleaning the box is a breeze too since its lighter than other cat liters!
Another thing I love about Cat’s Pride? It’s a family owned company, the current President’s grandfather started the company and all products are made in America. You can learn more here.
