Just yesterday I posted about my New Year’s Resolutions, I’m going to admit something that I don’t like admitting. I’m one of THOSE people. The person who doesn’t follow through on their resolutions. In fact I’m even a little afraid to look at what next year’s are.
But I posted those resolutions anyway. Because I want to follow through on those things. After all the New Year is all about is about starting off on the right foot, getting a great start! I’ll be working with Kellogg’s over the course of the next month and I’ll be sharing with you some tips from Team Kellogg’s that help me get a great start . Tips like these
This tip fits right into my last resolution of the year, to lose 40-45lbs. I’ve spent the last three years focusing on my children and while they will always come first I need to focus on making ME happy and healthy too!
