Who else is super excited that The Little Mermaid is coming back out on DVD on October 1st?! I really hope I’m not the only one! The Little Mermaid was originally released in 1989 just a few years after I was born so for me it brings back so many childhood memories.
Ariel, youngest daughter of King Triton, is dissatisfied with life in the sea. She longs to be with the humans above the surface, and is often caught in arguments with her father over those “barbaric fish-eaters”. She goes to meet Ursula, the Sea Witch, to strike a deal, but Ursula has bigger plans for this mermaid and her father.
It has survived the test of time and now my little sisters love it just as much as I did when I was a child. I love all the music and it has some classic scenes and let’s not forget the AMAZING songs
I’m so excited to watch this with Mason and soon enough Kyla! I hope they love it just as much as I did growing up! Disney’s The Little Mermaid has so many fun activities and recipes you can do with your children while watching this movie to help make it an even more fun event! I love these Sebastian Cupcakes!
How cute are these? I’m so excited to use some of the ideas on their website and make our The Little Mermaid viewing a great one!
