Where has the time gone? I can’t believe my little baby is already two weeks old, it feels like just yesterday that I was starting labor and giving birth!
I’ve been trying so hard to take a picture every single day. I want to remember what she looked like on every day of her life. I didn’t take as many pictures as you would think in the first couple of days. I was too busy holding her but I did get some none the less.
Day 1: Sunday, March 10th 2013
Kyla came out screaming. And she tried it out again during her newborn tests that the midwives do! We spent the entire day resting, we needed it desperately. My Mom and sisters also came in around 7pm!
Day 2: Monday, March 11th 2013
Kyla had her pulse ox today and she passed with flying colors! She’s so happy she smiled 🙂
Day 3: Tuesday, March 12th 2013
On this day we just hung out and stared at Kyla for hours! She also got her follow up from my midwife. She weighed 7lbs 7oz.
Day 4: Wednesday, March 13th 2013
My family left today so we made sure we took a ton of photos! I’d post them all but you’d get bored 😉 I love this one of Kyla and I.
Day 5: Thursday, March 14th 2013
Today we went to a check up at our pediatrician so they could meet Kyla. She weighed 7lbs 11oz. Only two ounces away from her birth weight so they said I didn’t have to come back in again!
Day 6: Friday, March 15th 2013
Day 7: Saturday, March 16th 2013
Day 8 (1 Week Old): Sunday March 17th 2013
Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Day 9: March 18th 2013
Day 10: March 19th 2013
Kyla fell asleep with her hand over her face and it instantly reminded me of her sonogram pictures.
Day 11: March 20th 2013
Mason is obsessed with his little sister, rightfully so 🙂
Day 12: March 21st 2013
Day 13: March 22nd 2013
Kyla took her first trip to Target and mommy took her first shopping trip ALONE with two kids (that belong to her)
Day 14: March 23rd 2013
Kyla got her first *real* bath.
Day 15: March 24th 2013 2 Weeks Old
Yet another snow storm today. Our babies bring the snow with them.
So I know this was picture overload but I can’t help it and I’m sure my family loves it!
