Options I Love #MaytagMoms

I’m starting to freak out a little. I’m 33 weeks pregnant and I reach term in 4 weeks. FOUR.

So what does that mean? I have a TON of stuff to do. The list seems to be endless at time. It probably doesn’t help that I’m more content sitting on my couch then working on getting everything in order LOL.

One of the things I would like to get ready ASAP is my pump, it’s pieces, bottles for pumping as well as some of Mason’s old baby toys. There has been a lot of talk in my March Moms Group about getting a sanitizer or boiling all of the products.

At first I was on board with getting a sterilizer it seemed easier than boiling! And then it occurred to me that I didn’t have to buy any extra gadget like a sterilizer.

Why would I do that when I have my Maytag Dishwasher?

First off I already love this thing and know it’s going to save me a ton of time one baby comes. I no longer have to worry about pre-washing my dishes for the dishwasher I just throw them in there and hit the Jetclean Plus Steam cycle. I have yet to see food stuck on my dishes.

Win.

And when it comes to sterilizing Baby3’s stuff it’s as simple as hitting the Steam/Sanitize button

Another feature I love is the extra dry feature and I almost *always* hit that button when I run the dishwasher. I can’t even begin to tell you how many times with my old dishwasher that I had to let things dry on dish rack or hand dry it. Sometimes I would even open the dishwasher and pull out the racks which always ended up with Mason attempting to help which often resulted in a broken dish or two. With the extra dry feature I haven’t had to do that stuff anymore. When I open the dishwasher now everything is clean and dry.

These are just a few of the time savers that having my Maytag Kitchen appliances have afforded me. With a new baby on the way I can’t even begin to explain to you how awesome it is to have these appliances. The fridge is GIGANTIC and has enabled me to store things I couldn’t store in my old fridge with ease. I also love the automatic ice maker and the water dispenser that counts the ounces of water; that has been so helpful with this pregnancy and making sure that I’m drinking enough water, it will be helpful with breastfeeding too. The speed heat on my stove has saved time more times than I can count when trying to get dinner ready quickly.

I honestly can’t wait to see what Maytag comes up with next to make your time in the kitchen much more efficient. Follow their Twitter and Facebook page so you can keep up with their innovations too!

Disclosure: I wrote this post participating in an Maytag Moms Dependable Kitchen Ambassador program by Mom Central Consulting on behalf of Maytag. I was provided with a Maytag kitchen appliances set, including a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range to facilitate my post.

I have the same dishwasher & never even thought about how much easier washing pumps would be! That was SUCH a pain when I was nursing my son- it’s nice to know it’ll be so much easier if I ever have another!
