Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal #YayOats

I turned 20 Weeks pregnant on Wednesday. That in 20 weeks give or take two we’re going to have another child in this house. Two children to take care over who will both need my attention 24/7.
It’s got me a little nervous about how I’m going to take care of Mason’s needs while also taking care of Baby3’s needs. What if they both need to eat at the same exact time?! I’m sure that’s bound to happen. Sure Mason can wait a little if we really need too but I want to try my hardest to not make wait more than normal when Baby3 comes. I don’t want him to feel like Baby3 is taking any attention away from him and therefore making him resentful. So of course I’ve been trying to think of easy and quick breakfast meals. I already have a few of my list that I can freeze and warm up quickly and I’m adding this to the list too.
Pumpkin Spice Oatmeal using Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
Mason loves pumpkin flavor and oatmeal is always nice and warm and filling exactly what I need for little man. Best of all? It’s quick and easy. From start to finish it’s less than 10 minutes and it makes me feel like I’m doing something good for him!

I can’t wait to share this recipe with my Dad, he’s the oatmeal eater in our home and I know he’ll love it. I remember going to restaurants with him when I was little for breakfast and he would often get a bowl of oatmeal to go with his meal he said it reminded him of when he was a kid I hope one day Mason orders some yummy oatmeal or whips some up himself and thinks of himself when he was a kid and when Baby3 was on the way!
