When I got pregnant with Mason I gained over 40lbs. Before I got pregnant with him I was on a super strict diet but the second I got my BFP I was all diet smiet.
I had a serious case of the munchies the entire time I was pregnant with Mason. Morning sickness never really happened for me, the only aversion I had was to meat but that didn’t stop me from inhaling sweets. I’m pretty sure my go to when I was pregnant with Mason was Sour Patch Kids:
Those sour patch kids completely got to me. After I had Mason I lost a lot of weight but I couldn’t help but wonder after I had him “How Much is a Tummy Tuck?”. In the end I realized that a tummy tuck wasn’t the way to go for me. Instead I went on NutriSystem and got back to my high school weight.
But I was only there for a week before I started gaining weight again, the stress of a new job and summer time really got to me. And then winter came and then I got pregnant with Elena. From the second I got pregnant with Elena I started gaining weight and I kept gaining weight despite the fact that I wasn’t eating Sour Patch Kids anymore and my biggest craving was salads and pickles. After I had Elena I only lost about 3lbs. :/ So I’m still holding on to about 15lbs that I would love to be rid of before Summer rolls around in full force.
I’ve decided that I’m going to do the 30 Day Shred by Jillian Michaels!
Who’s with me???! Anyone? I’m going to start on Saturday so I’ll do my first official update then! I should have already started but I didn’t and I don’t want to set myself up for failure so I can’t start tomorrow. But IF I do, I’ll update then.
Unfortunately I don’t think it matters how much weight I’ll lose I’ll probably need a breast lift surgery at some point. These double D’s can’t stay up forever!
Anyone ever do the 30 Day Shred with Jillian? If so what did you think? What about plastic surgery? Should I skip working out and just get a tummy tuck and breast lift? I kid I kid. I wouldn’t completely skip working out!
