Easy Italian Pasta Salad

I started making this pasta salad last year, the first time I made it was for Mason’s christening party and it was SOO good. And then I made it again and again and again. And now if you’ve invited me to cook-out and want me to bring a side dish chances are I’m bringing this!

First you want to cook a garden rotini according to the package directions. While the pasta is cooking you want to chop 16oz of Mozzarella cheese and one can of pitted black olives.
Remove pasta from heat rinse to avoid the pasta from sticking and let cool.
Now stir up your dressing. I use Good Seasoning’s Italian dressing mix and olive oil and red wine vinegar. Mix that up according to package directions.
Then combine dressing, pasta, cheese and olives!

There you have it, easy peasy pasta salad
