Weight Loss: .08lbs
It wasn’t much of a weight loss BUT it was a weight loss so I’m pretty happy about that. I would also pretty much bet that I gained muscle as well! After two weeks of doing 20 Second Fitness I’ve been feeling the burn! I’ve been really sore and I feel “tighter”!
It’s hard not to workout when the workouts are so short so it’s been fairly easy to stay consistent! On days when I “don’t feel like it” I just remind myself that it’s only a couple of minutes and then it will be over and I’ll have gotten my workout in.
As far as NutriSystem goes, I’ll be honest I was a total failure this week. I only at about 1-2 meals per day on NutriSystem but as you can tell by the weight loss I’m still doing okay. NutriSystem has really taught me portion control and how I need to eat i.e. lots of veggies and fruits with every meal. This is important because it shows you that even once you go off of NutriSystem you CAN still succeed.
This week I plan to stick to my NutriSystem meals and 20 Second Fitness workout so that by next week I can make it back to my goal weight.
