I was so excited to see a weight loss this week! I worked out all week too using my 20 Second Fitness and it was AWESOME! It felt good to work out and I only worked out for 4-5 minutes each day!
Today starts another week on NutriSystem AND another week on 20 Second Fitness, between the two of them I see a lot of success in the future. Next week I expect to be back at my goal weight if not a little lower! I’ve been on NutriSystem for a couple of weeks now so I’ve been trying to integrate my own meals into the mix so that my body gets used to non-NutriSystem meals again and while doing that I realized that I still didn’t know everything there was to know about NutriSystem so I logged onto my personal page went to the counseling section and was able to choose a way I wanted to communicate with a counselor. I could have emailed, talked on the phone or chatted online.
I choose to chat online because it fit the time frame I had and they were available!
My question was if Sausage counts as a protein. It doesn’t because of it’s high fat content. I was disappointed because I really wanted some sausage but the representative suggested that I get the maple sausage breakfast option, I already had some so the next morning I satisfied my sausage craving with a sausage and egg omelet!
It’s nice to know that I have a support system at all times with NutriSystem. You don’t get that with other diet programs!
