UPDATE: Here’s my first post about 20 Second Fitness!

You guys may or may not have noticed but last week I didn’t do a Flab to Fab Friday post. Why? 

Because I gained weight. I finally reach my goal and I gained weight. And I almost didn’t do a Flab to Fab Friday post today either because when I weighed myself I gained MORE weight then I did last week. But I decided I need to take accountability. 

I’m embarrassed and I’m mad at myself. I had FINALLY reached my goal weight and how do I respond? By totally falling off the wagon. 

It was a variety of things. I’ve worked a lot in the last two weeks which means that I was going 5+ hours of not eating and then coming home absolutely starved at anywhere between 9pm-11pm and chowing down on French Bread and Cheese instead of a NutriSystem meal or a huge salad. I’ve been seriously slacking on my water intake and other than working where I’m constantly standing, running around and lifting heavy stuff I haven’t worked out one bit. I’ve also been drinking more than I ever have in the passed two years and man can I feel the bloat from that! Thank you shift beer. 

Despite all that I’m trying my hardest to stay positive because that’s what it’s about yes this is a setback, YES it’s the biggest setback I’ve had since being on NutriSystem but it’s okay.  And on the bright side? I’ve still lost 15lbs. A couple of weeks ago I jumped for joy at being 119! I will lose the weight I gained. It might take two weeks to lose it but it’s only two weeks, two weeks that will go by fast just like these two weeks did AND when those two weeks are done I’ll concentrate on losing another five/toning up. 

I’m staring 20 Second Fitness TODAY. It’s only 8-12 minutes so to not start would be insane. It’s only 8-12 minutes of my day and it will help me get back to where I need to be! I’ll do that and a Pilates workout for my arms {cause they’re horrid} when Mason goes down for his nap! Okay so here’s where I tell you how much I weigh and cry a little: 

Two weeks ago: 114.4 {.6 below my goal weight}
Last Week: 117 ish
This Week: 119.0
Weight Gain: 4.6lbs {4.0lbs from goal weight}

There I said it. I’ve gained almost 5lbs. I always promised myself that I would never let myself gain more than 5lbs from my lowest weight and I’ve almost reached that point so It’s time to get back into gear. It’s time to work out, drink my water, eat right and avoid my shift beer. 

Do you guys think I can do it? I need Cheerleaders!
