YESSSSSSS. This has been one of my best weeks yet and I’m SO excited to be .4 lbs away from my goal of 20lbs lost!
As I start Month 4 I just have to remind myself how this moment feels. How when I get on the scale and see a huge weight loss or really any weight loss at all, it’s an amazing feeling. How even 3.6lbs makes me feel SO much lighter.
Can I tell you a secret? I totally failed at my work out schedule. The weather was crappy, things came up. Either way its all excuses. But it keeps reminding me how much better I could be doing if I was just moving my body more. With that being said I did make sure to move my body more it just wasn’t in the traditional this is a work out type of way.

This was HUGE for me this week. I made sure to stick to NutriSystem more than I have in the last couple of weeks and in response I had results. Imagine that.
Eat lots of these veggies
And some of this too and it will be hard to go wrong!
BUT keep this in mind!
And when you’re hungry and reaching for something not so healthy think about how much MORE you could have if you choose something healthy!
I lost a huge amount this week so I know if I want results next week which I totally do since I’ll officially reach my goal I need to work even harder this week.
