Last week I got NutriSystem water bottles that have been great as far as getting my water intake in. NutriSystem recommended 64oz of water per week or two water bottles. I like to drink 3 though, I’m huge believer in water helping to make a difference in my success!
I have a new all time favorite lunch, The Fudge Graham Bar!
It’s so good it tastes more like a dessert! I should have ordered 18 of them so I could have it every day for lunch 😉
I know it’s late but I’m getting ready to have lunch now! Carrots, an Egg for my protein and since I like to hoard my Fudge Graham Bars I’ll probably have some Broccoli Parmesan Pasta!
