Total Weight Loss so far: 14.2 lbs
I didn’t work at all this week and my eating wasn’t that great either. I went to MA with my Mom over the weekend and sticking to my diet wasn’t easy. But even so I could have made better choices when I did go out. I did okay when we went to TGI Fridays but on Saturday when we got fast food I got Taco Bell and I should have just gotten one specialty taco instead of two. But these are all things that I can learn from.
This Month’s Goals:
Continue with my 80+oz water intake
Exercise 4-5 times per week
Tone, Tone, Tone
Last month’s goals were very similar overall I did well with the water intake. With exercising I did well the first two weeks but not as well the last two weeks which had a lot to do with me visiting NY!
How are you guys doing with your getting healthy plans?
