Flab to Fab Fridays Week 10 w/NutriSystem

Two Weeks Ago:  121.0
Last Week:  118.6
This Week: 119.6
Weight Change: +1.0
Total Weight Loss so far: 15.6 lbs 

It is such a BLAH day and I had a BLAH weigh in as well. 


I gained a pound this week. Second time I’ve gained weight at my weigh in and I assure you it’s not muscle. I *wish* it was muscle but I only worked out twice this week. 


I’m annoyed with myself because I’m thisclose to my goal but yet I seem to be making stupid decisions and seem to lack motivation. I’m still positive about the whole weight loss thing because I know I can do it. I just wish that I would have made better decisions this week. I seem to have this really killer sweet tooth lately!


It reminds me of something me of a saying I should think about more often. 


“Nothing tastes as good as thin feels” 


There is nothing I want more than to meet my goal and still enjoy my life. And I *can* do that I just have to be active about it. But in staying motivated about my weight loss but also in working out. While I did work out this week I have to work out more! My goal was to work out 4-5 times a week and I only worked out twice. That does not equal a completed goal! So combine that with my sweet tooth and my lack of water drinking {thanks to some over-drinking of iced coffee} and it’s no wonder I gained a pound. 


On the bright side every time I have a “bad” week I always have a rocking week the next go around so for now I’m looking forward to doing what needs to be done, working out and eating right! 


On the whole water drinking front I’m already on my second bottle today:

    Lack of exercise is my biggest obstacle too! I was doing great at fist, working out a lot, but then got out of the habit and it is so hard to get motivated to exercise again after not doing it for about 3 weeks! I'm sure you'll have a great weigh in next week!

    15 lbs is awesome! And youre at a pretty decent weight too. My biggest obstacle is time and drinking enough water. I hate water it makes me want to hurl! I'm up to 4 glasses a day now and believe me when I say that's a big improvement. By the end of the jug I'm gagging! I've been working out 20 minutes a day doing Jillian Michales 30 day shred. It's awesome and really works. I have 25 lbs to lose at least but would like to lose 30. Keep up the good work!
