This is super late for it to be Flab to Fab Friday! But hey it’s still Friday here so it works. I tweeted about this week a little earlier today. I think that’s why I wasn’t motivated to right this post! I lost weight but not nearly as much as I was hoping to lose! So here’s the run down:
Last Week: 129.4
Total weight lost: .6lbs
I’m not going to lie I was WAY disappointed with that. But at the same time I’m happy because at least it wasn’t a gain right? RIGHT!
I think the reason I’m most disappointed is because I weighed myself on Wednesday and was 126.4 on the dot which at the time was a 3lb weight loss so I feel like I gained weight even though I actually didn’t. Does this make any sense?
But here’s what I will tell you, I didn’t get a lot of variety in the vegetable department this week so I feel like the repetitive meals have caused my body to get used to things even though I was having different NutriSystem meals.
Also different from last week? I didn’t write down what I was eating, the main problem with this was that meant I also wasn’t tracking how much water I was having so I had significantly less what throughout the week than I did the week before. Water is SUPER important and this week made that obvious to me!
So goal for this week is to make it down to 126.0 since I was there so recently I KNOW I can do it again! I also want to make sure that I’m drinking my water {I failed on that today in case you were wondering} and to exercise some more this week! Hopefully it will be warm this weekend so I can get some walking in with Mason! Oh and PILATES I seriously need to start toning I was telling B that if I just TONED everything up I wouldn’t even mind weighing what I weigh right now but still shooting for another 10-13ish lbs!!

Losing a pound is great! And you are right, if you add muscle tone, you can weigh more and look slimmer than by losing weight alone.
