So I gained. 1.6 pounds. That sucks. BUT some part of me knew that was going to happen. Something about Birthdays that just make you want to eat cake! I need to get back on track this week and I’ve already started to do that! By making sure that I drink the right amount of water etc. 

This is going to be the last week that I’m doing this Flab to Fab things solo. Very shortly I’ll be on NutriSystem as a part of their blogger program! I’m super excited about this. It’s something that I’ve ALWAYS wanted to try and now I finally get the chance to do so. I think this will really help me get to my goal weight! 

So This Weeks Goals: 

1. Exercise 4-5 Days {Pilates or Cardio}
2. Drink 88oz of water/day
