Just One Change

Big Mama

So remember a while ago when I was telling you guys about my monthly goals which mainly involved how my fat ass butt needed to lose some major weight? Well it turns out that I’m only 2lbs away from my pre-baby weight. Which makes me want to cry. I didn’t realize I was this fat! ANYWAY in an effort to not only lose these last two pounds but also lose another 20lbs I decided to join in with Big Mama at Big Mama and The Bristol Project! Basically it’s about making ONE change per week and it can be about anything weight, addiction or being a better person! 
So my one change for this week is NO SODA. I was doing SO well with this. I would have soda like once a week but ever since being back in VA I tend to have one can a day. B’s dad keeps them stocked next door so B and I can’t help and have one when we’re there! I’m hoping by knocking out soda it will jump start my dieting and exercising that I was doing so well with!

    Congrats on giving up the soda for a week! I gave it up for a whole year one time and it was so hard. I feel like I crave it now. I don't think I could do it again, happily, at least.

    I would like to change… TV watching. I would like to turn off the TV for one whole week. Wow. It would cause a riot at my house! 😉
