I MADE IT TO 40 WEEKS!!! Yippppeeee
I don’t know why I’m so excited about this. I knew this would happen!
So here’s all the info from babycenter 🙂
How your baby’s growing:
It’s hard to say for sure how big your baby will be, but the average newborn weighs about 7 1/2 pounds (a small pumpkin) and is about 20 inches long. His skull bones are not yet fused, which allows them to overlap a bit if it’s a snug fit through the birth canal during labor. This so-called “molding” is the reason your baby’s noggin may look a little conehead-ish after birth. Rest assured — it’s normal and temporary.
So like I mentioned before I knew this would happen, I knew my due date would go right by. But I still can’t believe it did. I STILL can’t believe that no matter what Bean is going to be here by the 3rd (the ABSOLUTE latest). That’s CRAZY to think about.
This morning I woke up and just felt HUGE like there was no where else for him to go other than out! And I still feel huge! I haven’t had much time to think about it though because we got some more stuff done today. B got bookshelves to go next to the entertainment center we got. And we really needed both and he wants everything to be nice for when my parents come. He wants to make it a home. Which is very sweet. Anyway that’s why this post is coming so late. We’ve been running around all day and I managed to get one more thing accomplished I put together the swing. Now if only I had the crib and the changing table…oh well that will come I’m sure of it!
